Adding a driver
In the Drivers section
- Navigate to the Drivers section by clicking on “Drivers” in the left-hand sidebar
- On the top-right of the screen, click on “ADD DRIVER”. This will open a driver form where you can fill in the details of the new driver.
In the Fleet Details view
- Navigate to the Fleets section by clicking on “Fleets” in the left-hand sidebar
- Select a fleet by clicking on the fleet name
- On the top-right of the screen, click on “ADD DRIVER”. This will open a driver form where you can fill in the details of the new driver.
Ordering a charge key
If you would like to order a charge key for this driver, ensure that the “Order charge key” checkbox is checked. This will send a charge key to the address specified in the driver form.
Ordering a home charge box (for fleets with home charging enabled)
This option only appears for fleets that have the “home charging and reimbursements” option enabled.
To allow the driver to purchase a charge box from one of our partners, make sure the “Home charge box” checkbox is checked.
When you check the “Home charge box” option, you will also need to choose who will be paying for it.
Order Summary
When the order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email with the order summary as an attachment.
The driver you added will receive an email asking them to activate their new Northe account.
