Editing your home charge box pricing

1. Log into the User Portal

To log in, visit https://northe.app/account/login and enter your email and password. If this is the first time you are signing in, your password will default to your fleet member ID.

2. Go to Charge boxes → Pricing groups

On the left-hand sidebar, click on “Charge boxes” and then click on the “Pricing groups” tab. This will show a view of all of the pricing groups attached to your account.

3. Open the pricing group settings

On the right hand side, you will see the pricing groups you’ve created and how many sites/boxes that are connected to it. Click on the pricing group name to see detailed information about it. On the top-right of this screen, there is an edit icon. Click on this icon to edit the pricing group.

4. Edit the pricing group

In the form that opens, you can edit the private charging pricing that will affect the charge boxes that are connected to it. If your fleet has a maximum reimbursement amount, you will see this under the private charging pricing text field. To save your changes, click the “Save” button.
